  A visitor at the main level can view unencumbered the San Francisco Bay beyond the scenic built environment to the east, and the nearby hills, gardens and exterior deck to the west. Carefully composed slits, high windows and glass block walls allow for only abstract views or interior lighting sources at the north and south walls.
